Hometown: Born and raised in Philadelphia,
A Little About Me: I began my radio career at a now extinct AM station, with a studio facing the Liberty Bell. When given the opportunity to answer phones on WYXR / WLCE -FM’s morning show, I jumped at the chance. Soon thereafter, I became a bigger part of the morning show with bits and commentary throughout the shows run. While doing a live broadcast from Walt Disney World, I quickly fell in love with Central Florida and became hooked on the idea of relocating from his hometown to The City Beautiful.
In October 2001, I packed my things, had one last cheese steak and hopped on I-95 South for the trip to my new home in Orlando!
Interesting Facts: In the past year, I have become an avid runner. I start my days by running around Central Florida parks, Disney Resorts and Downtown Orlando. I recently completed a lifelong goal of completing my first marathon in January 2008! I am currently vying for a spot in the New York City Marathon in November. My ultimate goal is to run a competitive half or full marathon in each of the 50 states.
Charitable Causes: I’m active in working with the Children’s Miracle Network and keep ties to my hometown by assisting in fundraising for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
