1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Sunny 105.9 Five K Gas Giveaway contest will begin on June 30th, 2008 at 12:01am and end on no later than August 15th at 5pm ET.

b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following methods:

I. Visit sunny1059.com between June 30th, 2008 at 12:01am and no later than August 15th, 2008 at 7:45am ET to become a “Club Sun” member. Click on the “Club Sun” e-mail club graphic and enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, date of birth and a valid email address in the online entry form (“Club Sun Entries”). If a listener is already registered for Club Sun, then they are automatically entered into the contest and they do not need to register again. Each weekday morning at approximately 7:45am, beginning on July 14th, 2008, WOCL-FM will randomly draw four (4) names from among the Club Sun Entries up to that point. Then at approximately 8:30am, 11:30am, 2:30pm and 5:30pm each weekday, we will announce a different one of the four names selected that day. If you hear your name, you have 20 minutes from the first time your name is announced to call 407-919-1059 or 1-877-919-1059 for the WOCL air talent to verify your date of birth, confirm your eligibility, and declare you a winner. If a participant wins a $100 gas card on-air, then they are qualified for the $5,000 gas card grand prize. WOCL is not responsible if participant cannot get through on the contest lines within twenty minutes. If a participant does not call within twenty (20) minutes, then WOCL will put their name back into the drawing pool. WOCL, in its sole and absolute discretion, will determine whether a selected entrant called back within the allotted time. The on-air portion of the contest will end when 50 $100 gas cards have been given away or August 15th, 2008 at 5:30pm, whichever occurs first.

c. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Station. Station’s computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

d. Participants can sign up for Club Sun one time and submit one entry per household on the Sunny 105.9 contest page.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the following Florida counties: Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Polk, Volusia or Brevard. Employees of WOCL-FM (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest every 60 days.

c. Winners will need to sign Station contest release form and provide valid government photo ID and social security number upon claiming prize.

d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

a. Qualifying Prizes: Up to fifty (50) qualifying prize winners will receive a $100 convenience card, valid at 7-Eleven.

b. Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive 10 - $500 convenience cards valid at 7-Eleven.

If you use your convenience card to purchase gasoline, 7-Eleven recommends that you pay inside, not at the pump. If you pay at the pump, the terminal is pre-programmed to seek a pre-authorization for $75 and this amount could increase from time to time ("Pre-Authorization Request"). The Pre-Authorization Request seeks to confirm that you have sufficient available funds on your gift card to pay for an average purchase of gas. If you have insufficient available funds on your gift card to cover the Pre-Authorization Request, your attempt to use your gift card at the pump will be declined. If you have sufficient available funds on your gift card to cover the Pre-Authorization Request, you will be permitted to continue your transaction at the pump. However, if the dollar amount of your actual gasoline purchase is less than the amount of the Pre-Authorization Request that we approved, a "hold" on your available funds will result equal to the difference between the two amounts. Once the the final amount of your actual gasoline purchase is confirmed, the "hold" will be removed. This may take 3 to 7 days and during this period you will not be able to use any available funds in a "hold" position. TO AVOID A DECLINE OF, OR A HOLD ON, YOUR GIFT CARD, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PREPAY FOR YOUR GASOLINE INSIDE THE STATION.

c. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Prizes will not be mailed.

d. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. The winners will be subject to he terms and conditions set forth by the provider of the gas cards, including, but not limited to, any expiration dates on the cards. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Up to fifty (50) qualifying prize winners will be selected in accordance with Section 1.b.I. of these rules.

c. The grand prize winner will be drawn when all 50 qualifiers are given away or on August 15, 2008 at approximately 5:45pm – whichever occurs first. One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among all of the qualifying prize winners.

d. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

e. Grand prize winner does not need to listen to grand prize announcement to win $5,000 grand prize. WOCL-FM will contact the grand prize winner by telephone. Grand prize winner must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of prize notification attempt or it will be forfeited and an alternate grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing.
f. Qualifying winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within thirty (30) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and become the property of CBS Radio Orlando.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

g. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
